UPS collection
UPS pickup and delivery times are working hours on working days excluding public holidays. Our standard UPS delivery collects on the next working day for free; however, we also offer the option to upgrade to a same day delivery service. If you don't want to wait home all day for the courier, UPS Access Points enable you to drop your parcel at a local shop.
UPS delivery
For most locations UPS makes 2 delivery attempts standard, however in some countries if delivery fails they will automatically drop your shipment at the local access point for you to collect. UPS may deliver to a safe place such as a porch or a neighbour; if you require a guaranteed signature then upgrade to our signature required option.
UPS tracking
To track your parcel simply enter your UPS tracking number into a tracking page. All UPS services come with real-time track and trace, from the point of pickup through to delivery.
However, Parcelcompare goes one step further, we know you don't have time to continually track your delivery, so we will email you to let you know if any issues occur along the way. At Parcelcompare it's all part of the service.
